During the event, MoEngage also announced a new array of products to empower brands to connect their data seamlessly across their tech stack and create experiences that customers will love!

Outbound Segment Sync feature was an announcement that enables brands to leverage MoEngage’s powerful segmentation combined with other tech stack tools. Thus eliminating data silos and strengthening omnichannel customer experiences. Added more power to fan-favorite MoEngage Flows with two significant updates that help analyze and debug customer journeys on-the-go, while effortlessly making edits to achieve desired outcomes.

Flows Visualization will help marketers follow the customers’ journey and witness first-hand the reasons for low conversions or insufficient engagement rather than making assumptions. Marketers can check Flow settings like entry criteria, triggers, and scheduling to ensure if they’re working as expected and debug on the go.

Flows Versioning allows marketers to optimize existing versions of customer journeys for desired goals. They can increase their efficiency by experimenting with multiple customer journeys and decluttering the whole process.
