Indie luxury pret brand, Saundh’s opens its first store in Lucknow

Lucknow. Saundh, a homegrown every luxury label for women, is set to open its very first store in the heart of Lucknow city – at Phoenix Palassio mall.Celebrating India’s folk art through design, Saundh offers a beautiful amalgamation of vintage and contemporary styles for the woman of today, through a versatile and eclectic range of kurtas, sarees, lehengas, loungewear, dresses, and accessories.

One would witness magnificent design in the form of symbolic arches designed in waft blue and ivory white, a true representation of the infusion of old-world charm with new age modernisation in this up-and-coming store.Spread across 1,000 sq. ft, the new store will offer fashion inspiration through a versatile range for all women. The store opens doors with its AW21 collection, Kalp Haat - featuring the lesser known tribal and folk-art forms, in the form of five capsules: 

Ganjifa: inspired by traditional hand-painted playing, this capsule comprises digitally printed motifs on fine cotton silk, brought to life on straight kurta sets

Saura: a tribal art form of Eastern India featuring intricate details like gota applique, handcrafted tassels, and thread embroidery on georgette and raw silk

Thangka: highlights motifs and patterns from Thangka art, rendered on silks and richly evoked in crushed bamboo brocade dupattas

Rogan:a beautiful art form that finds its origins in Persia, reimaged by Saundh into geometrical patterns and beautiful floral motifs, rendered on luxurious fabrics such as raw silk and organza

Sohrai Khovar:where Saundh’s festive silhouettes along with the bold digital prints are enhanced with delicate mirror work, intricate thread embroidery and fluid silhouettes
