Tamil Nadu. The Research Forum "The Minerva," of the Department of English, Sri Kaliswari College, (Autonomous) Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu organized a Workshop on "Influence of Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) on English Language Learning and Teaching on March 18, 2024. Dr. S. Santhi, Assistant Professor of English, was the NLP Trainer. In her insightful Training, she shed light on how Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) techniques can significantly impact the process of teaching and learning the English language. She elucidated on the application of NLP techniques by English teachers to enhance the quality of teaching and facilitate comprehensive learning experiences for students. Her presentation delved into the core fundamentals of NLP, including its presuppositions, modalities, and diverse techniques. Dr. Santhi's discourse was enriched with ample examples illustrating the transformative potential of NLP in refining teaching methods and fostering holistic student development.

Dr. S. Femina, Head of the Department of English, provided an insightful overview of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and its impact on students' ability to achieve their expected outcomes. The session began with a gracious welcome from Mrs. M. Vijayalakshmi, Assistant Professor of English, setting a welcoming tone. Dr. M. Faritha Begum, Assistant Professor of English, concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Dr. S.Santhi for her enlightening presentation. Dr. N. Pradeeepa, Research Forum Coordinator, adeptly coordinated the proceedings of the event.

Various NLP techniques to enhance teaching pedagogy and foster holistic student development were explored in the workshop. Moreover, NLP modalities and their benefits in improving the teaching and learning process were analyzed.
