MoEngage 2022 Wrapped-up: 

Bengaluru.  Change with the changing times was the guiding principle for MoEngage in 2022. Although the world around us threw some gauntlets like the lows of the pandemic and the nosediving signs of a slowdown, it also gave us some euphoric moments like sky-rocketing valuations. MoEngage has been steadfast and able to glide through it all because of its innovative and sound strategies like sustained growth in business, people first approach and focus on innovation. 

During the year, MoEngage added 1200+ new clients, expanded its global team, secured Series E funding (USD 77M), and won several prestigious international accolades. It also launched industry-first features to its product that transformed customer engagement for consumer brands. Of course, every year comes with its share of learnings which it embraced and included in its work plans.

MoEngage has always taken on new challenges and believes diversity is essential to achieving this. One of their priorities for 2023 is building a team with diverse skills and backgrounds. 

MoEngage’s vision is to build the world’s most trusted customer engagement platform, and 2023 will take it closer to realizing this vision. MoEngage aims to add new and enhanced products to the MoEngage platform to help customers solve the customer engagement challenges of the future and add more value to their business.
